Field Trip Registration Information!! PLEASE READ!



Please save this information in your calendar or on your computer... it will help you and I tremendously as the year goes along and you attend field trips.... also, forgive me that a few reminder posts didn't have all this info at the bottom.... I will try harder to not leave it off.... but if I do... you have the info here AND Lee put it right up front on the latest newsletter. Also, please email me when you notice discrepancies or conflicting dates/prices. I do error... sadly.

To register for ANY event .... please, NOTICE THE DEADLINE & mail it to me in advance.... with enough time to RECEIVE it by that deadline. Not on the deadline, please, it may take days to reach me & you may miss out. Most deadlines are convenient w/ plenty of prep time ( I realize the zoo, AV heritage, and golden flake are a bit different due to early timeline). Deadline will be extremely crucial this year b/c (for those of you who dont' know me) I am teaching in this new coop... and I have a toddler under my feet. So, without a schedule and deadlines... I coudln't manage these trips. So, please be considerate of me when registering.

To register for ANY event that has a FEE.... (notice deadline) INCLUDE FEE and following information in your registration.....

With registration, please include

· Name of the performance & date
· PARENT's name,
· best phone number(s) and
· an email address
· # of tickets per price listed
